Fees Charged to Offset CME (Electronic-Globex) Exchange and Regulatory Fees Paid by IBKR

• PLEASE NOTE: Aside from the commission, fees charged to clients by IBKR, including but not limited to those listed on this website, are intended to cover the costs of execution, including exchange fees. Such fees generally reflect the exchange fee structure, but in certain circumstances may be higher or lower than the fees charged by the exchange.
  
• Subject to the first note above, the rates provided above generally reflect Non-Member rates charged by Globex. IBKR supports pricing for several incentive programs available through the CME (exchanges ECBOT, GLOBEX and NYMEX). Please refer to our Exchange Incentive Program for additional information.
  
• Regulatory fees are assessed by the National Futures Association (NFA).

1. In addition to any standard regulatory fee, US residents will also be charged the NFA assessment fee for executions on foreign exchanges. The fee rate is currently set at USD 0.02 and will be charged daily in the trading currency equivalent. This will result in a slight variation of regulatory costs per day as the currency rate fluctuates.
2. Non-Member spread orders will be charged $1.15 per contract.
3. Non-Member spread orders will be charged $0.35 per contract.
4. Non-Member spread orders will be charged $0.14 per contract.
5. Non-Member spread orders will be charged $1.90 per contract.
6. Exchange fees for Micro Bitcoin Options (BRR) and Micro Ether Options (MET) will be discounted by 50% effective through January 31, 2025.
7. Non-Member spread orders will be charged $1.15 per contract.
8. Give-up Surcharge is waived when IBKR serves as both the prime and the executing broker.
9. Give-up Surcharge is waived-off for FX options.
